Brand new, air conditioned two-bedroom guest house only minutes from the edge of the city of Tamworth. The fully self contained guest house is set in a beautiful, established garden on a working farm. Separate from the 100-year-old homestead, it has its own entrance and parking.
We provide a complimentary breakfast comprising of Bread, Preserves, Fruit, Cereals, Tea and Coffee - please let us know after you have booked the Farm Shed if you would like this breakfast option (we must prepare it in advance so if you do not tell us we will not prepare it).
CHECK IN TIME after 3pm. CHECK OUT is 10am.
The Farm Shed is set in a very peaceful location with a lovely North Easterly aspect and garden views. The kitchen is very well appointed with an electric stove and gas cooktop. There is a large fridge, a microwave and coffee machine. The main bedroom has a king size bed and large built in wardrobe. The second bedroom consists of two single beds. Wifi and a smart TV are included.
AELEC and TREC are a six minute drive away so you could not be much closer to the action of the vibrant Country Music capital. We do have a lovely pool which guests are welcome to use respectfully as they will be sharing this with the main house.

Guests will have their own parking space (there is plenty more parking if needed). Guests can walk on the property and have access to the pool area in consultation with the owners. The guest's laundry is shared with the homestead but has separate access from the back verandah, a very short walk from the Farm Shed.
This is a working farm so please be mindful when walking not to disturb cattle and horses. We do have 4 working dogs and 2 house dogs, all very friendly. Please note we have unfenced dams and troughs on the property so children will need to be supervised.
HORSES - We do have safe post and rail horse paddocks which may be available for horse owners at an additional cost and at the owner's risk. Please contact Kirstie directly regarding this.
